Recognizing and treating glaucoma

According to the Glaucoma Research Foundation, half of people affected by glaucoma do not even realize they have it. This is because, in the early stages of the disease, there are virtually no symptoms. In general, glaucoma is a group of eye diseases that gradually cause people to go blind. While everyone is at risk for glaucoma, some groups of people are more at risk than others.
